For the body to utilize the omega 3 fatty acids we get from food, they need to be absorbed by the cells in the body. The absorption of natural omega 3 fatty acids in the human body is a very effective process. Research shows that over 98% of fatty acids we get from consumption are absorbed by the body.
Natural triglycerides
The marine source of natural omega 3 fatty acids (i.e. fish, fish liver, seal) has little significance for the efficiency of the absorption. However, most research has been done on absorption of omega 3 in natural triglyceride form which is found in oily fish and fish liver. All Möller’s omega 3 products are in natural triglyceride form from fish.
