When can you start feeling the effect of LITOMOVE®?

If you follow the recommended dosage of 3 capsules daily, you should feel an improvement already within three weeks.

What is the effect of LITOMOVE®?


Rosehip helps to maintain healthy and flexible joints. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the function of bones and cartilage. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Are there any studies conducted with the new and improved LITOMOVE®? 


Yes, there has been conducted a study with new and improved LITOMOVE®. the study shows that new LITOMOVE® with 3 capsules daily works just as good as 6 capsules of old LITOMOVE.

Where does the rosehip used in LITOMOVE® come from? 


We have done studies showing that wild berries from Chile contain a high content of compounds which is not found in cultivated berries. Therefore, we use wild handpicked Chilean rosehip berries in LITOMOVE®.

What is the difference between new improved LITOMOVE® and "old" LITOMOVE®?


New LITOMOVE® has the same effect but with a smaller dosage – instead of 6 capsules daily you now only need to take 3 capsules daily.

Why could you decrease the dosage from 6 to 3 capsules in the new LITOMOVE? 


This is a result of several years research and development. We have done numerous tests and found out that rosehip seeds do not add value in terms of product effect and therefore they have been removed. This helped to decrease the capsule dosage to only three capsules per day.

What is Rosenoids®?


Rosenoids® is a complex of compounds in rosehip and added vitamin C. Rosenoids® contain vitamin C, carotens, flavonoids, triterpenoic acid and galactolipids. 

When should I eat LITOMOVE®?


You can choose to have part or full dose, in its sole discretion, at any time of day. However, preferably with a meal.

Why is it important to take the full dose?


The research shows that only the full recommended daily dose delivers product effect.

I'm pregnant / breastfeeding - can I take LITOMOVE®?


In general, as a precaution, we recommend that pregnant and nursing women only should use supplements with caution and always consult their midwife / doctor before start using any kind of supplements. 

Taking other medicines? 


Consult your doctor / nurse if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including prescription medicine before using LITOMOVE®.

How should LITOMOVE® be stored?


Store dry at room temperature and unreachable for children.

Which type of gelatin is used in the capsules of LITOMOVE®?


The gelatin in LITOMOVE®s capsules is derived from bovine. 

Are there registered any allergic reactions in relation with LITOMOVE® usage?


There are no known allergens in the product. However, some people may be sensitive or allergic to some of the ingredients in the product. If you experience any kind of reaction, stop using the product and contact your doctor for advice.


What is the shelf life from the time the pack is opened? 


The durability that is marked on the package also applies when it is opened. Shelf life: 2 years.
